PADI IDC for March 2017 on Phuket has started
It's showtime again and the PADI IDC for March 2017 on Phuket has started in conjunction with PADI CDC Center 'Dive Asia' on Phuket
Juha and Hannu are both from Finland and are participating in the PADI OWSI course since they're newly certified PADI Assistant Instructors.
We're already on day two of the course, we already kicked off this PADI OWSI course yesterday and we have a few more days to go before the PADI IE on Phuket is due on 18th and 19th March.
PADI IDC for March 2017 on Phuket has started; Hannu and Juha at the end of a day in the classroom and confined water, straight out of the pool in this picture at Dive Asia's scuba diving training center at Kata Big Rock
We covered some distance already with some skill circuit practice in the pool, combined with various workshops, among others workshops about control, lift bag use, CESA and we looked at some new skills from the revised open Water diver course. In the classroom they already killed the theory exams and we're way into the presentations by me, with their presentations coming up soon.
Lots more confined work in the pool at Kata Big Rock to come as well as classroom time plus a day out on the Dive Asia boat for Open water training, so stay tuned for more updates.
If you're interested in becoming a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, just like Juha and Hannu, your next opportunities will be on 27th March on Koh Lanta, Thailand
in conjunction with PADI 5* IDC Center 'Blue Planet Divers' and this is followed by our monthly PADI IDC programs starting 11th April and 9th May on Phuket, Thailand
in conjunction with PADI CDC Center 'Dive Asia' and this is followed by 26th April on Koh Phangan, Thailand
in conjunction with PADI 5* IDC Center 'Haad Yao Divers'.
