EFR Instructor course has been completed for March 2017 on Phuket, Thailand
The EFR Instructor course has been completed for March 2017 on Phuket, Thailand in conjunction with PADI CDC Center 'Dive Asia'.
Classroom presentations and exams aren't that exciting in comparison. I did explain the difference and availability in EMS service in Western countries compared to Thailand and showed the video about 'The bodysnatchers of Bangkok' which can be found on Youtube, That's always an interesting part of the course that I include and mot of the time the EFR course participants are rather unaware how things are done in Thailand, with the volunteer rescue teams.
It was also good to teach a professional nurse, Hannu and a military officer, who both have had extensive first aid training already and especially Hannu has a vast real life experience.
Both Hannu and Juha should be ready now for the PADI IE on Phuket, which starts tomorrow, all the best to both of you, I'm confident that you can pass all four instructor exam segments and be Dive Asia's newest PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors on the block!
