All good things come to an end, even this second ever
Western PADI IDC in South Korea. Currently we're in
Sacheon-myeon at the coast, getting two days of open water training in. Yesterday we dived the Sacheon-myeon beach and today we dived at Namae 2 beach.
Today's open water training at Namae 2 beach in
South Korea, just 5 minutes away of the 38th Parallel
The weather turned cloudy and rainy but we still got two dives with good visibility of around 7 meters and water temperature of 22C/ Not too bad at all and they were two enjoyable dives. The up and coming specialty instructor training might see us encounter slightly colder water of around 10 to 16C. That might be something I need to get used to with my last 14 years of tropical and warm water diving!
All candidates did well and they all should do fine during the
PADI IE starting tomorrow. Let's cross our fingers, especially for the exams.
