David and Dan during an alternate air source skill
We have an easy schedule since we started a few days early but it always helps if you have strong candidates in a group. It's also good to see them help each other out after hours with preparing their presentations.
Florence during the regulator recovery skill
Between plenty of presentations by me, they also need to work on their own presentation for the classroom, confined and open water and to top it off, there are also theory exams lurking in the background and a general standards & procedures needs to be conquered as well.
Paden out of air, what's new?
Today we're tackling a classroom presentation and a confined water presentation by the candidates plus an 800 meter snorkel swim and classroom presentations by me. Tomorrow the 5 theory exams and the first open water dive are on the schedule.
Rescue exercise # 7, unconscious diver at the surface, is a returning treat on each IDC
